Serge Cadelli :

Serge Cadelli is the Chief Operating Officer of Man Investments and a member of the Management Committee of Man Multi-Managers Business.

Prior to joining Man Investments in 2005, Serge was
Group Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer at Converium. Starting in 1999, he was Chief Investment Officer of Zürich Financial Services’ Swiss operations and in 2002, was appointed to Head of Group Investments for Continental Europe. Serge started his career in 1986 at Credit Suisse, where he held various management positions first in corporate finance and later in portfolio management in Geneva, Milan and Zürich.

Serge Cadelli graduated from the Solvay Institute, the business administration school of the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He holds a Ph.D. from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Lausanne.


Vincenzo Bochicchio :

Vincenzo Bochicchio is Head of Product Structuring for Europe, South America and Canada for Man Investments, based in Pfäffikon, Switzerland.

Prior to joining Man Investments in 2004, he spent three years with Swiss Re Financial Products on the trading floor in New York and London as a senior structurer responsible for the idea generation, structuring and pricing of investment linked products providing insurance companies, asset managers and pension funds participation in actively managed traditional investments with the full benefit of capital protection.

Before that he spent two years at Swiss Re Financial Services as a senior stucturer responsible for the structuring of Alternative Risk Transfer and Risk Financing solutions and another two years as a quantitative analyst on the pricing and risk management of hybrid (re)-insurance/capital markets products providing corporates and insurances balance sheet and P&L protection.

Mr Bochicchio received a Diploma in Theoretical Physics, a certificate in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
